Type of trips offered.

Nevertheless, ODYSGEA is characterized by providing personalized services tailored to the needs of the TRAVELER, so it can also agree on other types of services with its TRAVELERS.

Prior information and formalization of the contract.Each service offered by ODYSGEA is designed specifically for each TRAVELER and as part of this customization we also adapt the contractual conditions to each situation and type of TRAVELER.In all cases, prior to the formalization of any contract or deposit payment, the TRAVELER will always receive from ODYSGEA pre-contractual documentation that will include a detailed description of the services included in the offer, the price to be paid for them and the conditions of payment, modification and cancellation, in the legally required terms. In the event that the TRAVELER is satisfied with the trip offered, ODYSGEA and the TRAVELER will sign a contract in which all the details of the trip and other contractual provisions required in accordance with the applicable regulations will be included
